1. TERMS & CONDITIONS
1.1. When the customer accepts the order, the customer is committed to paying Blea this product / service the customer has ordered.
1.2. After the customer has made a payment, Blea no longer has the obligation to return the customer's money.
1.3. If Blea does not provide the service ordered by the customer, Blea is obliged to refund the entire amount paid by the customer.
2. TERMS OF PAYMENT
2.1. Payment options in the online store are bank transfer, invoice or cash (or mobile pay).
2.2. In the mobile pay option, the customer should know the mobile pay application so that the customer can make a payment to Blea. Payment can be made when ordering at a remote service, but this payment option is generally chosen only when the order is delivered (lectures).
2.3. When choosing the invoice option, the customer undertakes to pay a billing fee (5 €). The invoice has 14 days of payment for the invoice to arrive from the customer. Invoices are only delivered electronically to the email address indicated by the customer.
2.4. There is no additional charge for your account transfer option. The customer will make the payment directly to the Blean account immediately. If the payment is not shown in Blea's account within 3 business days after the order confirmation is received by customer, Blea will not be obliged to complete the customer's order and will not deliver the customer's order to the customer.
3. CANCELLATION AND RETURN TERMS
3.1. After accepting the order, the customer no longer has the right to exchange and return.
3.2. Customer can cancel the order before making the payment.
